PM Diab says will suggest to Cabinet holding early parliamentary elections

Prime Minister Hassan Diab asserted on Saturday that he will suggest on Monday to the Cabinet holding of early parliamentary elections.

“I am ready to bear the responsibility for two months until political parties agree,” he added.

As for the explosion that rocked Beirut port, Diab asserted that all officials responsible for the blast must be interrogated.

“Why these materials remained in the port for 7 years?” Diab asked.
