A memorandum to arrest Hassan Karaki

Military Investigating Judge Fadi Sawwan interrogated Hassan Karaki on Tuesday for the murder of Major Abbas Jemaa.

Consequently, the Judge issued a memorandum for his arrest based on the prosecution articles.

Judge Sawwan adjourned the hearing session of other persons injured during the incident till the 11th of October 2012.

It is worth mentioning that Major Abbas Jemaa died of wounds sustained during the raids carried out by the Lebanese army in Beirut’s Southern Suburbs on Friday 21st of September 2012.
