Sehnaoui to LBCI: proportionality serves all Lebanese parties

Minister of Telecommunications Nicolas Sehnaoui said on Saturday that the elections are related to the stability of the security situation.

In a talk to LBCI during Nharkom Said, Sehnaoui denied that the Free Patriotic Movement has gone beyond the Bkerke agreement and hoped that an electoral law that well-represents Christians will be ratified.

He also stressed that proportionality is the only law whereby no party can eliminate the other

Sehnaoui asked for waiting for investigation results in the case of Former Minister Michel Samaha and assured that the Free Patriotic Movement will condemn any party that affects the Lebanese stability.

As for the Syrian crisis, the Minister asked for keeping Lebanon away from the crisis especially during this critical situation that the whole region is facing.
