Judge Shamsedin comments on LBCI report

Judge Arafat Shamsedin commented on Wednesday on the report broadcast by LBCI in its night news bulletin on 17-11-2020.

Judge Shamsedin asserted in a statement that the material error that he was prosecuted for was not worthy of the result, and that the dismissal decision was issued as a result of a political struggle, and his assignment to work in the Parliament took place years before the dismissal decision.
