The Lebanese embassy in Rome mourned on Thursday the death of a Lebanese doctor after contracting Coronavirus.
The embassy said that Lebanese doctor Mohammad Ali Zaraket died of Coronavirus after contracting the virus while carrying out his medical and humanitarian duty.
This as Lebanese ambassador to Rome Mira Daher told the state-run National News Agency that Zaraket was one of the best Lebanese doctor in Italy “who worked on the front lines since the outbreak of Coronavirus, risking his life to save others.”
