Hariri: our support goes out to the Syrian Opposition’s coalition

Former Prime Minister Saad Hariri voiced his felicitations on the formation of the Syrian Opposition’s coalition saying that it represents a correct foundation in the Syrian people’s revolution with the toppling of the Assad regime as its main objective.

In a released statement Hariri said that the birth of the coalition epitomizes the expectations of the “free” Syrians and adds leverage to the efforts already exerted by the opposition.

Upon the announcement of the formation of the collation Hariri contacted newly appointed Opposition leader Ahmad Maaz Khatib and Deputies Riad Seif and Suheir Atassi in congratulatory phone calls.
