Berri cables Syrian President on 48th commemoration of October War

Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri cabled on Wednesday Syrian President Bashar Al Assad upon the 48th commemoration of October War.

In his cable, Berri underlined his confidence that those who made victory in that October are today capable of scoring permanent victory against terrorism and blockade.
