Protesters cut off road leading to Tripoli's al-Nour Square

Protesters cut off the road leading to al-Nour Square in Tripoli with burning tires on Monday morning, in protest against the massive increase in US dollar exchange rate, the shrinking of Lebanese purchasing power, as well as the worsening of economic and living conditions.

However, the army was deployed and the Internal Security Forces converted traffic to secondary roads.
