Finance Minister refers draft decree to transfer funds from budget reserve for elections

Finance Minister Youssef Khalil referred on Wednesday to Secretary General of the Council of Ministers a draft decree that stipulates the transfer of funds from the general budget reserve of the year 2021 to the Interior and Municipalities Ministry at a value of LBP 5 billion, in order to prepare for holding parliamentary elections.
