Military Investigative Judge issues arrest warrant against Syrian national

The Military Investigation Judge Imad Zein interrogated on Friday Syrian arrestee identified as S.D.

The latter, who resides in Nabatieh, was arrested for transporting communication devices, weapons, and explosives from the Ain el-Helwe Palestinian refugee camp to Syrian Opposition fighters.

According articles 335 and penalties numbers 5 and 6 from the law 11/1/1958, article 71 related to weapons, and article 32 related to leaving the country surreptitiously, Judge Zein issued an arrest warrant against him.
