BDL extends the implementation of circular 161 until end of February

The Banque du Liban announced on Wednesday that it will continue to apply circular 161, which allows banks to continue to buy dollars at Sayrafa platform rate without a ceiling until the end of February.

BDL also mentioned that it can be renewed beyond February.
