Education Minister Dr. Abbas Halabi announced on Sunday evening that in view of the weather forecasts that warn of snow storms and ice waves, the decision is left to the director of every secondary, professional, official or private school and educational institution, to open or close tomorrow, Monday, according to the school’s location, while ensuring the safety of those commuting to it.
