President Aoun: Elections will be held on time

President Aoun: Elections will be held on time

President Michel Aoun reiterated on Thursday for those who still doubt the holding of the parliamentary elections, that the polls will be held on time and that additional credit lines allocated to them have been secured.

Regarding Pope Francis' visit, Aoun indicated that arrangements will be made in cooperation with the Church Committee emanating from the Council of Catholic Patriarchs and Bishops, and that a national committee will be formed to prepare for the visit.
