Nazem al-Khoury: Most quarries in Lebanon are illegal

Environment Minister Nazem al-Khoury said that most of the stone quarries in Lebanon do not have legal permits.

Following a meeting of the National Council for Quarries, al-Khoury voiced hope that the new regulatory plan will reach the desired outcome and find an exit to this particular crisis.
