French Ambassador Grillo says France ready to support Lebanon

French ambassador to Lebanon Anne Grillo stressed on Thursday that there is a firm conviction that Lebanon's future passes through rebuilding a state that serves the Lebanese, who are treated as equal citizens.

Grillo’s comments were made during the debate on the topic “L'État: un choix incontournable” at the Institut des Finances Basil Fuleihan in partnership with Institut National du Service Public (INSP) and the French Embassay in Lebanon.

She then mentioned that “France, like the rest of the entire international community, stands ready to support the state of Lebanon as well as its institutions, but there are specific conditions, as the expected reforms must not be delayed any longer."
