Caretaker Justice Minister Khoury meets UN Special Coordinator Wronecka

Caretaker Minister of Justice Henry Khoury met on Thursday with United Nations Special Coordinator for Lebanon Joanna Wronecka, whereby they discussed the general situation in Lebanon and the region, and the cooperation between Lebanon and the UN in several fields, including judicial cooperation.

Khoury thanked Wronecka for the support provided by the international organization to Lebanon, discussing logistical issues related to the Justice Ministry and the conditions of the justice palaces in Beirut and other governorates.

Wronecka also asked the Minister for clarification regarding the appointment of a substitute judge in the file of Beirut Port blast.
