Jumblatt to LBCI: Moscow will provide financial and political aid to solve refugee crisis

National Struggle Front leader MP Walid Jumblatt who is currently visiting Russia, told LBCI after his meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov that the Geneva Agreement on Syria is essential, stressing that what matters the most is maintaining the state and its institutions.

On the file of Syrian refugees in Lebanon, Jumblatt revealed that Moscow will be providing financial and political aid to the Lebanese to help it solve this issue.

On the National Dialogue, Jumblatt stated that the dialogue has no alternative.

“The Russians want to witness the salvation of Lebanon and the cabinet will not be toppled”, he concluded.
