Bou habib meets European Commissioner for Neighborhood and Enlargement

The Caretaker Minister of Foreign Affairs, Abdullah Bou habib, met with the European Commissioner for Neighborhood and Enlargement, Olivér Várhelyi, whereby he said they agreed "on the necessity of sending a European technical team to Lebanon to provide assistance and advice on financial reform issues, support the Ministry of Finance, the education sector, health, and enhance assistance to the Lebanese army."
