President Sleiman: No return to the 60's law

President Michel Sleiman reiterated on Thursday that the upcoming parliamentary elections will be held on their due time, however not on the basis of the 60's law.

After meeting the Council of the Editors' Syndicate presided by Mr. Elias Aoun, Sleiman noted that a new electoral law will rule the upcoming parliamentary elections.

Sleiman warned that should the elections not be held on their due date, chaos would prevail in Lebanon.
