MP Jumblatt: Breaching dissociation policy imposes great threats against Lebanon

National Struggle Front leader Walid Jumblatt asserted on Monday that Lebanese parties not abiding by the self distancing policy will impose great political and security threats against Lebanon.

Jumblatt added that the personal incidents currently taking place in Lebanon show the extent of congestion among Lebanese citizens.

On Syria, Jumblatt slammed the international community's "weak" stance over the bloodshed taking place, praising the decision of the French, UK, Turkish, Saudi and Arab countries in arming the Syrian rebels.

Jumblatt considered that Iran is adamant on pointing Hezbollah's weapons towards the Syrian people amid its current dialogue with the international community over the nuclear program and its regional role.
