Syrian forces cross over border into area near Hneider in Akkar

One Syrian tank and 25 soldiers crossed into an area near the village of Hneider, in Akkar.

Syrian forces fired upon residents in the area and detained five individuals. Three were shortly freed while two remain in custody.
