Hezbollah's MP Mohammad Raad emphasizes Lebanon’s right to defend sovereignty against Israeli threats

Senior Hezbollah lawmaker Mohammad Raad condemned Israel's recent attacks on Nabatieh El Faouqa and Zawtar, calling it a clear example of the ongoing threat Israel poses to Lebanon and the broader region's stability.

Raad criticized the international community for its failure to hold Israel accountable, stating that this neglect has allowed Israel to escalate its violations and attacks.

He stressed that Lebanon, along with other free nations, has a right to resist aggression and defend its sovereignty.

Raad emphasized that Lebanon will exercise this right at the time and place it deems necessary to thwart Israel’s objectives and protect the country’s security, sovereignty, and national interests.
