LBCI sources: MPs plan to obstruct quorum in parliament session

LBCI reported, citing multiple MPs, that lawmakers from the Lebanese Forces, the Kataeb Party, as well as several independents and Change MPs, have decided to obstruct the quorum needed for Tuesday's parliamentary session.
