Lebanese press to celebrate “Martyrs of the Press Day” on the 6th of May

The Lebanese Press Syndicate Thursday called on major newspapers to suspend their work on Monday the 6th and Tuesday the 7th of May, in memory of the martyrs of the press, and to resume publication as of Wednesday.

The decision was made by the Press and Editors Syndicates and journalists and publications trade unions.
