European Union grants Lebanon € 30 Million

The European Union reported on Tuesday that it decided to grant Lebanon € 30 Million to help the Syrian and Palestinian refugees.

The European Union said that such step aims at reducing Lebanon's financial burdens due to the flocking of Syrians into the country as a result of the continuous bloodshed in Syria.

The Union said that Lebanon is currently hosting about 445 thousand Syrian refugees, along with some 40 thousands Palestinians.
