Around 150,000 people at Pope's Beirut mass: Vatican

Some 150,000 people were attending an outdoor mass held by Pope Leo XIV on Tuesday on Beirut's waterfront, the Vatican's press service said, citing figures from Lebanese authorities.

Tens of thousands of people had streamed towards the service from the early morning on the third and last day of the pope's visit to the crisis-hit country.
