Israeli army says airstrikes hit Hezbollah facilities in Lebanon

Israel’s military said it carried out airstrikes on what it described as Hezbollah targets in several areas across Lebanon, including a training compound used by the group’s elite Radwan Force.

In a statement, Israeli army spokesperson Avichay Adraee claimed that the strikes targeted infrastructure used for training and preparing Hezbollah fighters to plan and carry out attacks against Israeli forces and civilians. According to the statement, the Radwan Force facility was used for weapons training.

The Israeli military also said it struck several weapons depots and additional sites, as well as multiple military buildings used by Hezbollah in northern Lebanon.
