REPORT: Refaat Eid blames his supporters for killing woman in Tripoli

In a voice recording made available to LBCI, the Secretary General of the Arab Democratic Party leader Refaat Ali Eid pinned the blame on his supporters after a woman was killed in Tripoli's sniping operations.
