Why do video games have such power over our minds? According to the "General Aggression Model (GAM)," the violence in media can affect our thought patterns and emotions leading us to behave aggressively towards others.
Expanding beyond the GAM, Greitemeyer suggests that we should think of media content as a "General Learning Model (GLM)" instead, meaning that video games can actually enhance pro-social behavior!

In 2012, Game Cooks released a game called "Run For Peace". It's all about Salim, who has been dreaming of peace since he was a toddler and embarks on a peace spreading journey across the Middle East.
