Make your Own Hot Water Bottle Or Heating Pad

Windy brought along some serious, bone wrecking cold, making life just a little bit harder.

If you usually hate the cold, you must be aching this very minute. And since most of us were unprepared to meet this wave of unprecedented chill, we got just the solution for you!

Make your own heating pad, that will keep you warm and happy for hours.

You will need:

-2 small to medium towels

-A zip lock back

Dip one of the towels in warm water and then microwave it until steaming hot. If you are unable to use a microwave, put the towel in a pan on the stove. Remove it and put in a zip lock bag which you will seal immediately.

Wrap with you other towel, and place under your clothing on your belly or back.

This DIY heating pad will stay warm for hours!
