Overcoming Fear And Anxiety
Fear comes in all shapes and forms. Wheather it's a tangible fear like fear of heights or a non tangible one life fear of change, we all know it can become utterly crippling.

The bad news is, it's really hard to stop being anxious or afraid, but the good news is...we're in control!

These are simple, yet powerful tools to help you control your fear and anxiety.

1- Control your breath.

By controlling your breathing, you control and become on top of any anxiety attack!
Just follow these easy steps:

-Close your eyes
-Breathe in while counting to 7
-Breathe out while counting to 11

Do this for less than a minute and you will see the calming results come to life.

2- Control your imagination.

Fear thrives when we start imagining potential scenarios leading to imagining the worst possible outcome of a situation.
This eventually pushes you off the edge and straight into panic attacks!

The best way to control your imagination would be starting with the above breathing exercise.
Then rate your anxiety level from 1 to 10. Whatever the number is, start counting down from that number while breathing calmly.

Then daydream! yep, you heard right. Just imagine yourself in a favorable situation. You are calm and in control of all that happens.
Remember! you create what you imagine!

3- Control your body.

A tired body is more prone to fear and anxiety.
Anxiety and fear trigger weariness...It's an endless cycle.

Practicing a physical routine is one of the best things you can ever reward yourself with.

Although most kinds of sports are good for your mind and body, it is recommended to practice artistic and creative movement such as dancing which alleviates stress and keeps you happy for longer.

Long walks in nature also help you detox mentally and emotionally!
