A hapless burglar broke into a garage through a window, unaware the building had no door and he could have just walked in.
The amusing footage from a CCTV set up in the area shows a man approaching a property with no one else around, and then examining the property for an entry point.
But he doesn't appear to realize the front of the garage is open around the corner just meters away.
The man exerts his strength as he attempts to remove a board blocking the window in his bid to get inside the building.
Once inside the garage, he walks back through the front "door" area where there are no doors and realizes his mistake.
