El-Araby briefs delegation from Syrian opposition council on Arab initiative

The Arab League’s Secretary-General Nabil el-Araby met a delegation from the executive bureau of the opposition’s Syrian national council to inform it of the Arab initiative’s details and goal, in light of the Arab League’s efforts to reach an Arab-led solution to the Syrian crisis, a solution based on the cessation of bloodshed in Syria.      

This meeting takes place following Damascus’ approval of the Arab plan to solve the Syrian crisis.
