REPORT: British queen poised for record after rallying monarchy

Queen Elizabeth is set to become Britain's longest-reigning monarch on September 9. She's reigned during some of the most momentous 20th century events, been served by 12 prime ministers and at the age of 89, still steers the country's most famous family to adapt to changing times.
