Libya and Turkey sign an agreement on oil and gas
The Libyan Foreign Minister and its Turkish counterpart signed on Monday in Tripoli an agreement to exploit oil and gas in offshore area in eastern Libya, three years after the conclusion of the maritime border demarcation agreement.
