Top US diplomat Rubio arrives in Saudi Arabia: AFP journalist

An AFP journalist said that U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio landed on Monday in Saudi Arabia, the second leg of his first Middle East tour since President Donald Trump took office.

Rubio is due to hold talks with Saudi officials on Trump's proposal for a U.S. takeover of Gaza.
