Professor Stephen Hawking will feature on Pink Floyd's new album, The Endless River, the group's first album in 20 years.
The 72-year-old physicist is sampled on a track called Talkin’ Hawkin’, which uses his synthesized speaking voice.
Hawking had previously appeared on Pink Floyd's 1994 album The Division Bell particularly the song Keep Talking.
The Endless River includes music recorded with the late Richard Wright, who is listed as a co-writer on 12 out of the 18 tracks.
Guitarist Dave Gilmore recently said that the album is a tribute to Wright, who worked with the group and died in 2008.
Endless River is to be released on the 10th of November, 2014.
