REPORT: CIA files show US role in Iraq's attack on Iran

US Foreign Policy magazine revealed on Monday the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) documents and interviews with former intelligence officials showing that the U.S. government had evidence that Iraq was using chemical weapons in 1983.

However, documents added that the US government concealed those facts as Iran tried to prove that to the United Nations.

This report will shed light on CIA files pertaining to the US role in Iraq’s Chemical Attacks on Iran.
