REPORT: Qalamoun offensive may take place before Geneva II

The developments on the ground indicate that the expected offensive on the mountainous al-Qalamoun area north of the Syrian capital Damascus will take place before the Geneva II peace talks.

Among these developments, the Qalamoun University’s declaration of closing its doors, as well as information stating that the regime forces called for evacuating the hospitals and schools in the region.
