REPORT: Judge Abou Ghida receives complaint raised against ADP official Refaat Ali Eid

First Military Investigation Magistrate, Riad Abou Ghida received on Monday the complaint raised by the State Commissioner to the Military Court Judge Saqr Saqr against Arab Democratic Party official Refaat Ali Eid on charges of threatening the Internal Security Forces Information Bureau.

Judge Abou Ghida will be studying the mentioned file to commence his investigations and take appropriate decisions in this regard.

On Saturday, December 7, acting State Prosecutor Judge Samir Hammoud issued a search and investigation notice against ADP official Refaat Ali Eid.

Earlier, State Commissioner to the Military Court Judge Saqr Saqr raised a complaint against him on charges of threatening the Internal Security Forces Information Bureau and referred him to the First Military Investigation Magistrate, Riad Abou Ghida.
