REPORT: Minister Charbel launches security plan, says Lebanon’s situation not volatile

Caretaker Interior Minister Marwan Charbel launched on Tuesday a security plan to assure the well-being of citizens on the occasion of New Year’s Eve.

On another note, Minister Charbel said Lebanon’s situation is difficult, but not volatile, expressing his hope that Lebanese factions resume dialogue sessions by the beginning of the new year in a bid to form a new cabinet and prepare for the upcoming presidential entitlement.
