REPORT: Obama and Biden Film a 'Workout' Video Together

US President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden have been jogging around the White House to show support for first lady Michelle Obama's nationwide "Let's Move" campaign.

The first lady this week has been marking the fourth anniversary of "Let's Move," her nationwide initiative to combat childhood obesity in the US.

She announced new food nutrition labels to help people better understand how many calories they are eating and new Agriculture Department rules that would reduce the marketing of less-healthful foods in schools.
