REPORT: EDL workers hail parliament's passing of long awaited draft law

The Parliament passed on Wednesday a draft law which aims at filling the vacant position at the Electricité Du Liban company following a skill test limited to the contract workers, the on-demand workers and bill collectors.

EDL contract workers hailed the step and raised the photos of Speaker Nabih Berri.
