REPORT: Tripoli citizens participate in sports festival

At least 30 thousands citizens participated Sunday in the Fayhaa Sports Festival organized by Rawdat Al Fayhaa High School in Tripoli.

In this regard, the marathon kicked off from the southern entrance of the city with the participation of Justice Minister Ashraf Rifi, who gave the start signal.

Rifi noted that Tripoli started restoring its normal life under the control of the Lebanese state, adding that Tripoli has always been the city of peace and coexistence.

For her part, the head of Beirut Marathon Association May al-Khalil pointed out that Tripoli is the city of culture and history, stating that sports are an important message that unites the people.
