REPORT: Security forces arrest fugitive in Arsal

The Internal Security Forces arrested in Arsal a new suspect, identified as a Jordanian national, who crossed into Lebanon coming from the Syrian town of Yabroud.

Elsewhere, in Ain al-Helweh refugee camp, sheikh Ousama al-Chahabi responds to assassination attempts by stressing the need to restore calm.
