REPORT: Israel faces scandals of sexual assault within army

The Israeli Chief of General Staff Benny Gantz said that the calm witnessed at the Israeli border regions is nothing but an illusion that may explode and burn the region.

Gantz made his remarks during a ceremony held in memory of the Israeli nationals who were killed in previous wars.

On another note, a report emerged stating an increase in the rate of drug use and sexual assaults within the military institution.

In this regard, 27 cases concerning sexual assaults and 426 cases of drug use within the military barracks were filed.
