REPORT: Arsal truce paves way for the wounded to be evacuated

The truce that was brokered in Arsal has paved the way for the wounded to be evacuated after they were trapped for days in Lebanon's northeastern border town.

17 Red Cross ambulances transported 44 injured to nearby hospitals.
