REPORT: Negotiations ongoing over Arsal captives dossier

Lebanese sources told LBCI on Thursday that a round of negotiations over the file of the kidnapped troops took place today.

"Ahmad al-Khatib, a Syrian national who was dispatched by Qatar to Arsal has not returned to the town since army First Adjutant Kamal al-Hujeiri was released earlier this month," the sources added.
