REPORT: Soldier Ali Qassem Ali killed during Arsal clashes - Maj Gen Ibrahim

Relatives of Lebanese Armed Forces soldier Ali Qassem Ali stated on Friday that General Security Chief Major General Abbas Ibrahim informed them that Ali was severely injured during the latest round of clashes with armed groups in the northeastern border town of Arsal, adding that he had succumbed to his wounds.

The relatives noted that Ali's body is still with members of the Islamic State.
