REPORT: Baalbeck slaughterhouse remains open for business

Inspectors from the Health Ministry visited the Baalbeck slaughterhouse to check whether it is committing to the required standards, within the campaign launched by Health Minister Wael Abou Faour concerning food safety.

Following the inspection, the report showed that the slaughterhouse conformed to the specifications, with the exception of some minor conditions.
